Terms & Conditions
Minimum rental period is TEN MONTHS - usually 1st September through to 30th June. This can be flexible and of course longer periods are available on a pro-rata basis.
- All rents must be paid by monthly standing order direct to our bank account and must be cleared by the first of the month
- All tenants must sign a tenancy agreement and provide a signed guarantor form
- PPP reserves the right to cancel the agreement if a completed tenancy agreement, guarantor form and standing order printout are not received and the first month's rent is not paid by the required dates. If PPP does not instigate cancellation, the tenant is still bound by the terms of the tenancy agreement.
- All tenants must abide by the rules & regulations set out in the tenancy agreement
- All tenants must provide a passport photograph
- Deposits are refundable at the end of the tenancy, subject to the terms of the tenancy agreement
- Deposits will be returned within ten working days of the tenant advising PPP that the property has been vacated and the keys having been returned to the landlord
- Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation prior to the start or non-completion of the tenancy. This does not affect the tenant/guarantor obligation to pay the remainder of the rent should the property not be re-let.
- Room inspections will be carried out by the landlord or his representatives on a periodic basis - notice will be given
- PPP reserves the right for the landlord or his representatives to enter the property at reasonable times of the day without prior notice for the sole purposes of showing future prospective tenants the property
- PPP reserves the right to impose a reasonable penalty against any tenant whose action or behaviour causes concern for the health & safety of other tenants or the property
- The cost of any damage to communal areas in shared accommodation will be equally split between all tenants of said property unless the person responsible is identified

- Rooms £275 (£375 for doubles) payable at time of signing Tenancy Agreement
- Flats £450 payable at time of signing Tenancy Agreement
- Late Rent Payment Charge - Interest on late rent payment will be charged at 3% over base rate

- Lost Key Charge - £45

Penalty Charges
- £25 - for any electric heater, cooling fan, kettle or fridge found in a tenant's room together with removal of said item for return only at the end of the tenancy period
